When space is at a minimim you need to get creative. This is certainly evident in developing this space into a patio area/driveway!

  • Making the best of what you have to work with. An unused space is transformed into a driveway and patio area.
  • The area to the side of the house was dug down to bedrock and levelled, taking care to allow for window spaces and a planing area.
  • Once forms were put in place the surface was filled and tamped down in preparation for the CORE grid foundation.
  • The CORE grid foundation is assembled, cut to shape to match the patio driveway requirements.
  • The hexagonal cells are filled with gravel.
  • Flexible in design, CORE Gravel installations allow for whatever unique shaping is required.
